O processo de cada obra é totalmente artesanal. Ocasionais irregularidades devem ser esperadas, pois são elas que tornam a obra única. As cores no ecrã podem variar ligeiramente dos tons reais.

The process of each piece is completely artisanal. Occasional irregularities should be expected, as that is what gives the piece its uniqueness. Colours on screen may vary slightly from the actual tones of the work.

As obras tecidas à mão não devem ser expostas a luz solar direta, evitando assim a modificação da sua cor. Podem ser aspiradas ocasionalmente com cuidado. Se necessário, podem ser lavadas à mão com água fria ou morna e sabão com ph neutro, sem esfregar. A peça deve secar plana à sombra para não alterar a sua cor e formato. Nas obras com franja, os fios podem ser cuidadosamente penteados, sem os puxar.

Handwoven pieces should not be exposed to direct sunlight, thus avoiding modification of their color. They can be vacuumed occasionally with care. If necessary, they can be hand-washed with cold or warm water and with a ph neutral soap, without scrubbing. The piece should dry flat in the shade so as not to alter its color and shape. When applicable, comb the fringe carefully, without pulling the threads. -
O tempo de processamento pode variar entre 1 a 5 dias úteis. Os clientes podem optar entre envio em correio normal (sem rastreamento), correio registado (com rastreamento) ou recolha gratuita no meu atelier. Assim que a encomenda seja enviada/esteja pronta para recolha, os clientes receberão uma notificação via email.

The processing time can vary between 1 to 5 working days. Clients can choose between standard shipping (no tracking), express shipping (with tracking) and free pickup at my studio.
