  • Of course!

    For this, I ask that you indicate by email the list of items you wish to buy. Then you will receive confirmation of the total amount, including shipping costs, and the necessary information so that you can make the payment.

  • For orders placed directly from the site, the payment methods are: credit card or PayPal.

    For orders placed by email, the payment methods are: bank transfer or MBWAY.

  • Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, according to the destination of the order and its size/weight.

    For international orders, you can choose between standard shipping (no tracking) or express shipping (the safest way to ship with tracking number). Please beware that I don’t take responsability for any lost packages, but please contact me if you encounter any issues regarding shipping.

  • At the moment I can’t cover worldwide shipping. If you can't find your country in the list, please get in touch via email.

    I will send you the cost of shipping for your evaluation.

  • For orders over 2kg, it’s cheaper to ship them in 2 or more different packages.

    If you encounter an error at checkout (if the shipping cost exceeds 1000€), please split your order into two or more orders. If you have difficulty, plase contact me via email so I can place your order manually.

  • The processing time can vary between 1 to 5 working days. Once the order is shipped, you will receive a notification by email.

    * These times are merely estimates. There may be changes, due to possible customs delays.

  • If you chose express shipping, you will receive an email with your order's tracking number the day your order is shipped. Use this number on the CTT website to know in real time where it is and guarantee its safe delivery.

    If you chose standard shipping, there’s no way to track your order. Please wait for it to get to you, and contact me if you have any problems.

  • Yes! In my studio you can find several pieces - some already finished, others still in process - and purchase directly from me paper, yarns, tapestries, etc.

    Every Saturday (if the weather is good!) you can find me at Porto Belo Market, in Porto, where I have a stall with some of my creations. There, I also have smaller and exclusive items such as handwoven magnets, postcards and bookmarks.
